Microbial strains are soul engineers of the fermentation process. Eyoson is committed to finding microbial strains that can be applied to the special living environment of plant fermentation. Finally, a series of fermented probiotics were isolated and purified from special environments such as marine brown algae and Tibetan mushroom.
Among them, the marine brown algae-derived Lactobacillus plantarum YYS-06 and the Tibetan mushroom-derived oriental acetic acid bacteria YZD-09 are most representative. Eyoson has applied for patent protection for the above two fermenting probiotics. The two probiotics are the exclusive strain of eyoson and are deposited with the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC).
Lactobacillus plantarum YYS-06 Oriental acetic acid bacteria YZD-09
Marine brown algae YYS-06 (Lactobacillus plantarum) Source: Marine brown algae Features: acid, salt and high pressure penetration (with marine strain characteristics) advantage: High survival rate in human gastrointestinal environment, capable of normal metabolic activities The metabolite of the strain has α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and has the potential to be developed into a hypoglycemic product.
Source: Tibetan Linguin
Features: high alcohol resistance, high temperature resistance, high acid yield
Advantages: Synergistic fermentation with other strains, the produced fermentation products not only have more flavor, but also have better antibacterial effect.
